Shipping & Order Processing Policy

Order Processing:

Thank you for your Purchase on www.PerfectFitInd.com. Perfect Fit strives to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding company holidays. Orders received over the weekend, or on a company holiday will be processed for shipment within 2-3 business days upon return. Shipments are properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

If your order appears late, remember that Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time will begin to be processed the following business day.

 

Multiple Shipments:

To ensure your order is shipped correctly we may ship in multiple boxes or as efficiently as possible.  Please note all items may not fit in one box. In these instances, your entire order may arrive in different boxes. If your products are shipped in separate boxes, your order maybe delivered at different times. You will not be charged any additional costs. You will be emailed each tracking number shipped.

 

When to expect your shipment?

Shipping to the Contiguous United States:

For shipments to the Contiguous United States, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Costs are based on the zip code entered.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 10-15 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping:

We are unable to ship to US Territories and International locations at this time.

 

Where is my order?

For orders that are shipped via UPS, find the UPS tracking number in the email you received confirming your order has been shipped. Use the number at www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_us to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.

For orders that are shipped via the US Postal Service, find the USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.USPS.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the USPS web site.

 

What is the status of my order?

After you place your order will receive two emails.

  • The first email you will receive confirms that your order has been placed successfully (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second email confirms that your order has been shipped and is on its way. (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.

 

Lost, Stolen, and Missing Packages:

Perfect Fit Industries is not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen.  Once a package transfers to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control and we do not take responsibility for those errors.  However, missing items are often found within 2 days of expected delivery, since some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 days to account for this. Thank you for your patience!

If your order status is showing as delivered but you haven’t received your package yet, follow these steps:

If you got a delivery notification but still cannot find your order, there are a few steps you can take:

  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will have more information and the next steps you should take to receive your package.
  • Confirm your shipping address. This can be found in the order confirmation email you received when you made your purchase.
  • Check outside or around other entrances of your home. To protect the package from weather or theft, the driver might’ve left it in another safe place. This could be the front porch, bushes, garage area, a side door, back porch, or under a grill.
  • Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.
  • Check with neighbors or others at your address. They might have accepted the package for you to keep it safe from weather or theft.
  • Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 days to account for this. Thank you for your patience!
